Return Policy


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our customers, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to make a return.

Our return policy is for a period of 21 days from receipt of purchase. After this time we will unfortunately not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

For a return to take place, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned such as:

-Gift cards.
-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
-Any item that is returned more than 21 days after receipt of the product.

*To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return.
If everything is correct, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or lost refunds

If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

CHANGES


The deadline for the realization of an exchange will be 21 days from receipt of purchase. After this time unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange of the item.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. The change will be made for the same item and if there is no other item available, we will inform you and we will give you the possibility to change it for another item in the store, making up the difference of money if there is any. In this way the difference will be credited to your account if the new item is less expensive or we will ask you to pay us the difference if the new item is more expensive.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift (gift card) when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit (voucher) for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate (voucher) will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the buyer and he will know of your return.


SHIPPING

Please note that we are located in the Canary Islands, Spain, so the shipping cost will be more expensive than to the mainland due to the distance. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

To return your product, you must send them to: Calle Cardón nº 2 (Urbanización Bandama), cp/ 35307 Santa Brígida, Canary Islands, Spain.

In case of return for defective product or for receiving a wrong product, we will take care of the shipping costs, being able to send the product to cash on delivery or paying you the amount together with the refund of the article once we have received it. If the return is for other reasons, the customer must pay the shipping costs for the return of the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product with a value greater than 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
