Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed.

The estimated preparation time is 1 to 3 working days, the timetable for the preparation of orders is Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Please note that we are not responsible for the payment of local taxes and customs as this is something that does not depend on us but on the legislation of each territory and the payment corresponds to the buyer of a merchandise.
